[§22-6]  Notice of proposed constitutionalamendments.  Upon the adoption of any bill that proposes a constitutionalamendment, the clerks of each house of the legislature shall publish the textof the proposed constitutional amendment in accordance with article XVII,section 3 of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii.
