[§23-2.5]  Acting auditor.  In the eventthat the auditor dies, resigns, becomes ineligible to serve, or is removed orsuspended from office, the first assistant or first deputy to the auditor shallbecome the acting auditor until an auditor is appointed pursuant to ArticleVII, section 10 of the Constitution of the State of Hawaii.  The acting auditorshall have all of the powers and duties of the auditor.
