§23-6  Examination under oath.  Theauditor may administer oaths to persons summoned to appear before the auditorand may question such persons, under oath, concerning receipts and expendituresof money and concerning all other things and matters necessary for the dueexecution of the duties vested in the auditor by this chapter.
