[§26-25]  Services to the judiciary andlegislature.  Any executive department may provide services to thejudiciary and the legislature, but nothing in this part and this chapter shallbe construed as granting any authority to the governor or any department toexercise control over the organization, programs, functions, operations, andexpenditures of the judiciary and the legislature.
