§27-14  Transfer of real property.  Noreal property or improvements thereon belonging to the several counties andused in the performance of the functions and services covered in this partshall be required to be conveyed to the State; provided that any real propertyand improvements related and necessary to the performance of the duties coveredin section 27-11 shall be reported to the next succeeding legislature by theappropriate department which shall include in the report thereofrecommendations for the disposition of the real property and improvements.
