[§28-10.8]  Rules.  The department ofthe attorney general may adopt, amend, or repeal rules, pursuant to chapter 91,that may be necessary or convenient for the performance of its functions.  Thedepartment's rules may include general rules of practice and procedure thatapply to all administrative offices, boards, and commissions placed orestablished within the department without the necessity of individual adoptionby the administrative offices, boards, or commissions within the department.
