§28-6  No fee; not to act as attorney. The attorney general shall not receive any fee or reward from or in behalf ofany person or prosecutor, for services rendered in any prosecution or businessto which it shall be the attorney general's official duty to attend; nor beconcerned as counsel or attorney for either party in any civil action dependingupon the same state of facts.
