[§28-7.5]  Administrative services manager;appointment and duties.  The attorney general may appoint and, at theattorney general's pleasure, dismiss an administrative services manager of thedepartment of the attorney general who shall generally assist the attorneygeneral, as the attorney general may require, in the performance of theadministrative and managerial duties of the attorney general that are notrequired to be performed by an attorney.  The administrative services managershall be appointed without regard to chapter 76, need not be an attorney, andshall hold no other public or private office or employment.  Section 26-53shall not apply to the administrative services manager of the department of theattorney general.
