§28-9  Additional deputies for acquisitionof rights-of-way.  The attorney general may appoint and employ deputyattorneys general, additional to those covered by the appropriation for thedepartment of the attorney general, to provide legal services for theacquisition of rights-of-way and for proceedings therefor, and the compensationfor such services shall be paid by the state department of transportation fromthe state highway fund.
