[§28-91.5]  Medicaid investigationsrecovery fund; established. There is established in the state treasurythe medicaid investigations recovery fund as a special fund, and which is to beadministered by the department of the attorney general, into which shall bedeposited all funds that have been recovered as a result of medicaid fraudsettlements.  Moneys from this special fund shall be used to support a portionof operating expenses of the medicaid fraud unit within the department of theattorney general.
