§37-34.5  Department of education; allotmentand expenditure plan; updates.  The department of education shall submit anannual allotment and expenditure plan, including a separate description of allexisting financing agreements of the department of education that requirefunding, together with a statement of the amount of funding required, and allproposed financing agreements of the department of education for the ensuingfiscal year, to the governor for each fiscal year.  The governor may requirethe department of education to submit an update of the expenditure plan basedon changing economic conditions.
