§37-52  Provisions applicable to specialfunds.  All special funds maintained by all departments, commissions,boards, agencies, and establishments of the State shall be governed by thischapter, provided that departments and establishments shall not be authorizedto make expenditures out of any special fund in excess of the moneys availablein the special fund.
