[§39A-2]  Public work project; issuance ofspecial purpose revenue bonds; report to department of labor and industrialrelations required.  Any issuance of special purpose revenue bonds pursuantto this chapter for a public work project that is subject to chapter 104, butnot directly caused by a governmental contracting agency, shall be promptlyreported by the director of finance to the department of labor and industrialrelations so that the department of labor and industrial relations mayexpeditiously carry out its duties under chapter 104.  The report shall be in aform and contain such information as the director of labor and industrialrelations may prescribe.
