[§39A‑232]  Validity of specialpurpose revenue bonds.  The special purpose revenue bonds bearing thesignature or facsimile signature of officers on the date of the signing thereofshall be valid and sufficient for all purposes, notwithstanding that before thedelivery thereof and payment therefor all the persons whose signatures appearthereon shall have ceased to be officers of the department.  The specialpurpose revenue bonds shall contain a recital that they are issued pursuant tothis part, which recital shall be conclusive evidence of their validity and ofthe regularity of their issuance.
