[§39A‑237]  Status of specialpurpose revenue bonds under Uniform Commercial Code.  Notwithstanding anyof the provisions of this part or any recitals in any special purpose revenuebonds issued under this part, all such special purpose revenue bonds shall bedeemed to be investment securities under the Uniform Commercial Code, chapter490, subject only to the provisions of the special purpose revenue bondspertaining to registration.
