[§39A-253]  Compliance with state and locallaw.  The issuance of special purpose revenue bonds with respect to anyproject under this part shall not relieve any project party or other user ofthe project from the laws, ordinances, and rules of the State or any of itspolitical subdivisions, or any departments or boards thereof, with respect to:the construction, operation, and maintenance of projects; compliance witheducation or zoning laws or regulations; obtaining of building permits; andcompliance with building codes, health codes, and other laws, ordinances, orrules of a similar nature pertaining to the project.  Such laws shall apply tothe party or another user to the same extent that it would be if the costs ofthe project were directly financed by the project party.
