[§39A-283]  Compliance with state and locallaw.  The issuance of special purpose revenue bonds with respect to anyproject under this part shall not relieve any project party or other user ofthe project from the laws, ordinances, and rules of the State or any of itspolitical subdivisions, or any departments or boards thereof, with respect tothe construction, operation, and maintenance of projects; compliance withzoning laws or regulations; obtaining of building permits; and compliance withbuilding codes, health codes, and other laws, ordinances, or rules of a similarnature pertaining to the project.  These laws shall apply to the party oranother user to the same extent that it would be if the costs of the projectwere directly financed by the project party.
