§39-73  Consent of governmentalagencies.  It shall not be necessary for any department proceeding pursuantto this part to obtain any certificate of convenience or necessity, franchise,license, permit, or other authorization from any bureau, board, commission, orother like instrumentality of the State or its political subdivisions in orderto acquire, construct, purchase, reconstruct, improve, better, extend,maintain, and operate an undertaking.
