§39-74  General laws applicable. 
The provisions of part II, relating to lost, stolen, destroyed, or defaced
bonds, and to lost, stolen, destroyed, or defaced coupons, to the extent that
they are applicable, shall apply to revenue bonds issued pursuant to this part.
