§39-75  Construction.  The powersconferred by this part shall be in addition and supplemental to the powersconferred by any other law concerning any undertaking or loan program.  Anundertaking may be acquired, purchased, constructed, reconstructed, improved,bettered, and extended, or a loan program established, maintained, or extended,and revenue bonds may be issued pursuant to this part for those purposes;notwithstanding that any other law may provide for the acquisition, purchase,construction, reconstruction, improvement, betterment, or extension of a likeundertaking or the establishment, maintenance, or extension of a like loanprogram, without regard to the requirements, restrictions, limitations, orother provisions contained in any other law.  Except as expressly provided inany other law, insofar as the provisions of this part are inconsistent with theprovisions of any other laws, the provisions of this part shall be controlling.[L 1988, c 28, pt of §3]
