[§40-54.5]  Disclosure ofinformation.  (a)  The appropriate government agencies shall disclose tothe recipient of payroll deductions information related to the administrationof payroll deductions as follows:  name, social security number, and amounts anddates of both voluntary and mandatory payroll deductions remitted to therecipient.

(b)  An employee organization or otherrecipient receiving government records pursuant to this section shall besubject to the same restrictions on disclosure of the records as theoriginating agency. [L 1990, c 250, §3]
