[§41D-7]  Risk management.  Thecomptroller shall appoint a risk manager to supervise and direct thedetermination and treatment for the best interests of the State of all risksappertaining to the property of the State and its personnel and operations.  Therisk manager shall be responsible for the administration of the comptroller'sresponsibilities with respect to this chapter.
