§440-16  Failure to report receipts. 
Whenever any individual or club holding a license to conduct, hold, or give
boxing contests fails to make a report of any boxing contest at the time and in
the manner herein prescribed, or whenever the report is unsatisfactory to the
commission, the executive officer, at the licensee's expense, may examine, or
cause to be examined, the books and records of the individual or club. [L 1929,
