§441-32  Delivery of agreement.  The
cemetery or pre-need funeral authority shall deliver a copy of any contract
pertaining to cemetery property, pre-need interment or pre-need funeral
services to the person or persons signing it at the time the signature is
obtained; provided that only one copy need be delivered to the parties signing
