§444-14  Place of business and posting of
license.  (a)  A licensed contractor shall have, maintain, and operate from
a definite place of business in the State and shall display therein his or her
contractor's license.



(b)  The licensed contractor shall report any
change of address or telephone number to the contractors license board within
