[§451J-7.5]  Reciprocity.  The director
may enter into a reciprocity agreement with another state and issue a license
to a marriage and family therapist who is licensed in that state; provided that
the requirements for a license in that state are deemed by the director to be
at least as stringent as the current requirements for a license in this State.
