[§454F-21]  Fees and costs.  (a)  Each
application for a mortgage loan originator license shall be accompanied by an
application fee of $250, or an amount as the commissioner shall establish by
rule pursuant to chapter 91.



(b)  Upon obtaining approval for a license, an
initial license fee shall be paid to the commissioner in the amount of $175 or
an amount as the commissioner shall establish by rule pursuant to chapter 91. 



(c)  By December 31 of each year, every
mortgage broker and loan originator licensed under this chapter shall pay an
annual license renewal fee of $325, or an amount as the commissioner shall
