§461-11  Duties of registered pharmacist. 
Every registered pharmacist in charge of a pharmacy shall comply with all laws
and rules.  The pharmacist shall be responsible for the management of the
pharmacy and every activity thereof which is subject to this chapter shall be
under the pharmacist's complete control.



All registered pharmacists shall notify the
