§467-15.5 License issued after a revocation
or automatic termination. A person whose license has been revoked, or
automatically terminated in accordance with section 467-18(e), may apply for a
license as a new applicant after the revocation or termination period and, if
applicable, after repayment to the real estate recovery fund and compliance
with all the terms of the commission's final order. Any person who was
previously licensed as a real estate broker shall apply as a real estate
salesperson. Any person who was previously licensed as a real estate
salesperson shall apply as a real estate salesperson. A new applicant refused
licensure as a real estate broker pursuant to this section shall not be
