§481-9  Illegal contracts.  Any
contract, express or implied, made by any person, firm, or corporation in
violation of any of the provisions of sections 481-1 to 481-7 is declared to be
an illegal contract and no recovery thereon shall be had. [L 1937, c 223, §9;
