[§486H-7]  Right to sue.  Any person who
is injured in the person's business or property by reason of a violation of
section 486H-5 may sue in any court having jurisdiction in the county where the
defendant resides or is found, or where any agent of the defendant resides or
is found, or where service may be obtained, without respect to the amount in
controversy, to recover the damages sustained by the person, and the person
shall be awarded, if judgment is rendered in the person's favor, attorney's
fees together with the costs of the suit.  Any action brought pursuant to this
section shall be commenced within four years after the cause of action accrued.
