§488-1  Definitions.  As used in this
chapter:



"Department" means the department of
commerce and consumer affairs.



"Group legal service plan" is a plan
by which legal services are rendered to individual members of a group
identifiable in terms of some common interest.



"Plan administrator" means those
persons who have discretionary authority for the management of the plan or for
the collection, management, or disbursement of plan moneys.



"Prepaid legal service plan" or
"plan" means a group legal service plan in which the cost of the
services are prepaid by the group member or by some other person or
