§514A-34  Inspection expenses.  When an
inspection is to be made of projects, the developer shall be required to pay an
amount estimated by the commission to be necessary to cover the actual expenses
of the inspection, not to exceed $500 a day for each day consumed in the
examination of the project plus reasonable first-class transportation expenses.
