§514A-45  Supplemental regulations governing
a condominium property regime.  Whenever they deem it proper, the
commission, the county councils of the various counties or the city council of
the city and county of Honolulu may adopt supplemental rules and regulations
governing a condominium property regime established under this chapter in order
to implement this program; provided that any of the supplemental rules and
regulations adopted shall not conflict with this chapter or with any of the
rules and regulations adopted by the commission to implement this chapter. [L
