§514A-70  Warranty against structural and
appliance defects; notice of expiration required.  The developer of a
condominium property regime subject to this chapter shall give notice by
certified mail at the appropriate time to all members of the association of
apartment owners and all members of the board of directors that the normal
one-year warranty period will expire in ninety days.  The notice shall set
forth specific methods which apartment owners may pursue in seeking remedies
