[§514E-6.5]  Voting rights for time share
units.  Voting rights for any apartment units designated or sold as time
share units shall be as provided in rules adopted by the director of the
department of commerce and consumer affairs; provided the rules shall seek to
provide reasonable protection for persons who own partial interests in or
