§560:7-106  Release of registration. 
Upon the termination and distribution of a registered trust, the trustee shall
notify the court in which it is registered of such termination and
distribution, whereupon the court may remove the record of the trust from its
current registry of trusts. [L 1976, c 200, pt of §1]
