[§554A-2]  Powers of trustee conferred by
trust or by law.  (a)  The trustee has all powers conferred upon the
trustee by this chapter unless limited in the trust instrument and except as is
otherwise provided by law.



(b)  An instrument which is not a trust under
this chapter may incorporate any part of this chapter by reference. [L 1985, c
