§580-12  Sequestration of property.  All
property within the State of a party to a matrimonial action may by order of
the court be sequestered and applied to the payment of any allowance in such
action by the court for the support and maintenance of either spouse or for the
support, maintenance, and education of minor children, whether temporary or
permanent, where service or notice has been effected by any of the methods set
