§587-43  Recording a statement or the
testimony of a child.  The recording of a statement of a child is
admissible into evidence in any proceeding under this chapter if:



(1)  The recording is visual, or oral, or both and is
recorded on film, tape, or videotape or by other electronic means;



(2)  The recording equipment was capable of making an
accurate recording, the operator of the equipment was competent, and the
recording is accurate and has not been altered; and



(3)  Every person on the recording is identified. [L
