§846-34  Forms.  The attorney general
may prepare, prescribe, and furnish, in conformity with this part, forms for
questionnaires, notices, fingerprint cards or forms, certificates of
identification, instructions, and all other forms necessary or proper for the
prompt, efficient, and adequate execution of the functions of the department of
