§46-109  Termination of a tax incrementdistrict.  A tax increment district shall terminate at the time designatedin the ordinance creating the district or at an earlier time designated by asubsequent ordinance, but in no event shall the district terminate until suchtime as all project costs and tax increment bonds issued for the district andthe interest thereon, have been paid in full, or sufficient funds have beenirrevocably deposited in a special fund or other escrow account held in trustfor all outstanding tax increment bonds issued for such district to provide forthe payment of such bonds at maturity or date of redemption and interest andpremium, if any, thereon.
