§46-113  Cumulative effect.  Neitherthis part nor anything contained in this part shall be construed as arestriction or limitation upon any power which a county might otherwise haveunder any law of this State, but shall be construed as cumulative.  Theauthorization granted may be carried out by the county council acting at anyregular or special meeting.
