[§46-122]  Definitions.  The followingterms when used in this chapter shall have the following respective meanings:

"County executive agency" means anydepartment, office, board, or commission of a county.

"County legislative body" means thecity council or county council of a county.

"Person" means an individual, group,partnership, firm, association, corporation, trust, governmental agency,governmental official, administrative body, or tribunal or any form of businessor legal entity.

"Principal" means a person who hasentered into a development agreement pursuant to the procedures specified inthis chapter, including a successor in interest. [L 1985, c 48, pt of §1]
