[§46-129]  County general plan anddevelopment plans.  No development agreement shall be entered into unlessthe county legislative body finds that the provisions of the proposeddevelopment agreement are consistent with the county's general plan and any applicabledevelopment plan, effective as of the effective date of the developmentagreement.
