[§46-142.5  School impact districts; newbuilding permit requirements.]  No new residential development in adesignated school impact district under chapter 302A shall be issued aresidential building permit or condominium property regime building permit untilthe department of education provides written confirmation that the permitapplicant has fulfilled its school impact fee requirements.  This section shallonly apply to new dwelling units.
