§46-26  Bonds of county officers; form. Every bond required to be given by any officer, deputy, assistant, clerk, oremployee, in any department, bureau, office, or service, of any county, shallbe made payable to the county, and shall be in such form as the officer withwhom the bond is required to be deposited prescribes; provided that no suchbond shall be deemed sufficient or be accepted unless the surety thereon is acorporation such as is mentioned in section 78-20.
