[§46-34]  Civil service exemptions.  Any
other provision to the contrary notwithstanding in any county charter or
otherwise, all employees of any county legal department of the executive branch
shall be subject to chapter 76, except for the department head, all attorneys,
law clerks, private secretary to the department head and positions under
sections 76-77(7), 76-77(8), 76-77(11) and 76-77(12). [L 1977, c 30, §1]
