PART I. GENERAL OBLIGATION BONDS

 

§47-1  Definitions.  As used in thischapter:

"Bonds" means bonds, notes, and otherinstruments of indebtedness.

"County" means the counties ofHawaii, Kauai, and Maui and the city and county of Honolulu.

"Director of finance" means thedirector of finance of each county.

"Governing body" means the council ofeach county, or any other body exercising the legislative powers of the county.[L 1989, c 80, pt of §2]
