§48E-12  Validity of special purpose revenuebonds.  The special purpose revenue bonds bearing the signature orfacsimile signature of officers in office on the date of the signing thereofshall be valid and sufficient for all purposes, notwithstanding that before thedelivery thereof and payment therefor any or all the persons whose signaturesappear thereon shall have ceased to be officers of the county issuing thebonds.  The validity of the special purpose revenue bonds shall not bedependent on nor affected by the validity or regularity of any proceedingsrelating to the pollution control project for which the special purpose revenuebonds are issued.  The ordinance authorizing the special purpose revenue bondsmay provide that the special purpose revenue bonds shall contain a recital thatthey are issued pursuant to this chapter, which recital shall be conclusiveevidence of their validity and of the regularity of their issuance.
